Technical Project Manager for AI Products

Job Description:

As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of projects for various AI products within our team's portfolio using Agile methodologies.

You will manage our IT service ticket management system, resolving and triaging user issues, and escalating as needed to ensure timely resolution and user satisfaction.

Closely collaborate with engineering teams to understand technical issues, contribute to solution design, and ensure effective implementation.

Proactively track project progress, identify and manage risks, and provide clear and concise status reports to stakeholders.

Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on analytics and AI-related projects.
  • Proven experience working within an Agile development environment.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (SNOW), or any IT service ticket management system, including queue management and issue resolution.
