Job Description

Critical AI/ML Leadership Role

This key position entails leading cutting-edge AI and Machine Learning projects from inception to execution. As a visionary leader, you will define deliverables, roles, responsibilities, and project scope to drive innovative solutions.

  • Develop and oversee project requirements, schedules, and roadmaps for AI/ML initiatives, ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project strategies and integrate AI into products, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Mentor technical teams, providing hands-on guidance and expertise in AI and data engineering to drive business growth.
  • Lead the development of end-to-end ML systems for production, focusing on scalability, performance, and reliability.
  • Foster responsible, transparent, and ethical AI practices throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • A deep understanding of Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data manipulation libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
  • Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), foundation models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and prompt engineering.
  • Familiarity with AI experiment tracking tools like Weights & Biases and configuration management tools like Hydra.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and experience managing project schedules, scope, and budgets.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire technical teams, communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, and align AI initiatives with business objectives.
