As a Product Innovation Leader, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of product management principles, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • • Define and execute product roadmaps in collaboration with cross-functional teams
    • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify customer needs and opportunities
    • Develop go-to-market strategies and communicate product vision to internal and external stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with experience working on AI/ML projects. You should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills:

  • • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
    • 2–4 years of experience managing technology products, with exposure to AI/ML applications
    • Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts such as NLP, computer vision, and large language models (LLMs)
    • Strong ability to gather customer insights and translate them into actionable product features
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize and make data-driven decisions
