This role is ideal for someone who is highly skilled in Next.js and Tailwind CSS, has a sharp eye for design fidelity, and is passionate about building scalable, high-quality applications. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain frontend applications with a strong focus on performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
  • Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, production-ready interfaces.
  • Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver features end-to-end.
  • Optimize applications for cross-browser compatibility and accessibility.
  • Architect reusable UI components and ensure consistent branding/design systems.
  • Write clean, modular, and maintainable code with attention to detail.
  • Break down complex requirements into manageable, actionable tasks.
  • Take initiative in identifying and resolving UI/UX challenges early.
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 3 years of professional frontend development experience.
  • Strong expertise in Next.js and Tailwind CSS.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Proven track record of delivering pixel-perfect UI from Figma or similar design tools.
  • Strong eye for design details, usability, and user experience.
  • Familiarity with Git and modern frontend workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
  • Self-starter with strong ownership and accountability.
Technical Stack (Core Focus)
  • Frameworks & Libraries: Next.js, React.js, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript, Framer Motion
  • Design & UI: Figma, responsive design principles, component-driven development
  • Collaboration Tools: Git, GitHub, CI/CD workflows
  • Nice to Have: Redux/Zustand, animations (Framer Motion, GSAP), SaaS or AI-product experience
