Financial Operations Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless and efficient financial operations. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will be instrumental in handling financial compliance, statutory filings, and company incorporations.
You will work closely with clients and internal teams to provide expert business establishment solutions, legal licensing, and post-incorporation compliance support. This role requires a graduate or post-graduate degree from a commerce background (B.com, M.com BBA, MBA, or equivalent).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in company incorporation, licensing, and regulatory filings.
- Prepare and manage documentation for registrations, approvals, and legal compliance.
- Track application status and coordinate with government authorities for processing.
Additionally, you will ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and other tax laws. You will also maintain accurate financial records and adhere to accounting standards. If you have knowledge of GST filing, TDS, and the Companies Act, 2013, this role may be an excellent opportunity for you to grow in finance, compliance, and regulatory work.
