Technical Lead for Middleware Platforms

This is a challenging role for an experienced administrator with expertise in Tomcat, Apache, and WAS management. The ideal candidate will have a track record of success in middleware migration projects, platform build activities, and collaboration with stakeholders.

About the Role
  • Manage Tomcat, Apache, and WAS environments to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
  • Migrate middleware platforms to new infrastructure while minimizing disruptions to services.
  • Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and interfacing teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and provide detailed reports.
  • Promote knowledge transfer activities to share expertise with team members.
  • Lead and mentor a team of administrators to enhance skills and productivity.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience with Tomcat, Apache, and WAS administration.
  • Proven track record in middleware project delivery, infrastructure build, and migration activities.
  • Expertise in middleware infrastructure troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
