Identity Operations Engineer

This is a long-term contract position in the field of identity and access management. We are looking for an experienced professional who can work with modern identity and access management products, preferably SailPoint IIQ and SailPoint ISC, MS Entra ID, CyberArk.

The ideal candidate will have good experience in building IAM solutions in complex landscapes involving 100+ applications of various integration types, HR systems like Workday, ServiceNow integration, etc.

The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and knowledge of database management and data structure.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable performing requirements analysis, interfacing with stakeholders of various levels, and documenting solutions.

They should also have experience with modern authentication methodologies like SAML based Federation, OAuth 2.0, OpenID, etc., and contribute to SOC/Sox internal and external audits.

A strong team player who works well across boundaries and adapts readily to change, while enjoying rapid development, is essential for this role.
