**Job Description**

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Architect to spearhead the design and implementation of cutting-edge Salesforce solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in Salesforce architecture and integration, with a proven track record of analyzing and migrating legacy case management systems to Salesforce.

Key responsibilities include conducting discovery sessions to analyze the migration of case management systems from legacy platforms to Salesforce, designing and architecting scalable and secure Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs, and ensuring seamless integration and data consistency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 8-12 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and platform capabilities
  • Experience with data migration, system integration, and object modeling in Salesforce
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect or System Architect are preferred
