About the Role

Seeking a Business Professional to Drive Salesforce Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Salesforce solutions.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for development teams.
  • Lead delivery of nCino modules including Commercial Lending and Workflow Automation.
  • Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and recommend system enhancements aligned with banking operations.
  • Work with Salesforce teams to ensure proper design and delivery.
  • Configure nCino features including Credit Memo and Approval Processes.
  • Support UAT, training, and change management activities.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3+ years focused on Salesforce implementations in banking/financial institutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Commercial Lending and Loan Origination.
  • Hands-on experience in nCino modules such as Loan Origination System (LOS) and Workflow/Approval processes.
  • Expertise in Salesforce CRM (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Communities, Lightning).
  • Ability to create user stories, process flows, functional specs, and test cases.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
