Location: Pune (Preferred Locations – Khadki / Magarpatta)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce configuration expert for an immediate full-time role based in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing our Salesforce platform to ensure smooth operations and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Salesforce user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and Process Builder.
  • Perform data imports, updates, and ensure data quality using Data Loader or similar tools.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards for business insights.
  • Automate business processes using Process Builder, Flow, and Approval Processes.
  • Troubleshoot system functionality issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement efficient solutions.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of configurations, workflows, and best practices.
  • Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Work with development teams for advanced customizations when needed.
  • Provide end-user support and training on Salesforce platform usage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce administration and configuration.
  • Strong knowledge of Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Workflows, Process Builder, Flow, Validation Rules.
  • Hands-on experience with Data Loader or equivalent data management tools.
  • Proficient in building reports and dashboards.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce security and sharing model.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Salesforce Admin Certification preferred.
  • Available for rotational shifts.
  • Available to join immediately.
