Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce professional to manage the functional aspects of core Salesforce.com standard objects. The ideal candidate will have experience with lead generation processes, marketing campaigns, and relevant reports and dashboards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand the end-to-end sales lifecycle and sales framework.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement customized page layouts, approval processes, and advanced fields such as custom fields, dependent pick lists, validation rules, workflow sharing rules, alerts, security, and sharing rules at object and record level.
  • Participate in sessions with Salesforce.com customers and other team members to understand business requirements and business processes.
  • Analyze required information and data to prepare recommendations and specifications.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce.com Sales and Service applications.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in customization of page layouts, setting up approval processes, sound knowledge of custom application development, data migration and cleanup, setting advance fields such as custom field, dependent pick lists, validation rules, workflow sharing rules, alerts, security and sharing rules at object and record level.
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, with the ability to work well in a dynamic team environment.
  • Hands-on experience with presentation and client/customer relation skills.
