Lead Domain Specialist for Private Banking and Wealth Management

Description

The successful candidate will serve as the primary domain expert for wealth management, private banking, and digital advisory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Domain & Functional Expertise: Provide deep domain knowledge in private banking and wealth management.
  • Interpret and validate business requirements across modules including 360° Customer Overview & Net Worth Analytics, Investment & Cash Accounts, Portfolio Management and Tracking, Wealth Planning & Goal-Based Investing, Self-Execution & Robo-Advisory Journeys, and ensure platform capabilities align with customer onboarding & KYC, Order placement and settlements, Reporting and analytics, and Vendor integrations.
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work closely with business, compliance, and product teams to define requirements.
  • Liaise with technology and vendor partners to ensure domain needs are met.
  • Provide training, documentation, and domain guidance to internal teams.
Regulatory & Compliance
  • Ensure alignment with global and regional frameworks such as MiFID II, FATCA, CRS, AML, and KYC.
  • Validate wealth journeys against compliance and risk profiling standards.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or investment advisory.
  • Strong understanding of investment products, portfolio performance metrics and reporting, risk profiling and goal-based investing, and familiarity with digital wealth platforms and customer onboarding, digital advisory, and portfolio aggregation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with Middle East or global private banking clients.
  • Involvement in wealth platform transformation projects.

  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior business leaders.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in complex regulatory environments.
