Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Account Manager.
About the Role:
The selected candidate will be responsible for building, retaining, and growing IT services and staffing accounts. They will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely delivery and driving revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Owning key accounts through strategic planning and negotiation;
- Translating client goals into actionable plans, ensuring Service Level Agreement adherence and quality;
- Managing Statements of Work (SOWs)/Master Service Agreements (MSAs), negotiations, renewals, invoicing, and collections;
- Maintaining a candidate network aligned to client demand, improving time-to-fill;
- Tracking account health, pipeline, and forecasts, flagging risks and driving resolutions.
Requirements:
- 1–5 years of experience in Client Relationship/Account Management or Business Development in IT Services/Consulting or IT Staffing;
- Proven track record of revenue growth outcomes and strong stakeholder management;
- Contract management, negotiation, billing/invoicing expertise;
- A working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)/Agile and IT hiring cycles.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- MSP/VMS experience, rate cards, compliance/SLA governance;
- Prior recruitment operations exposure (ATS, submittal quality).
