Interior Fit-out Project Manager Job Opportunity

The primary function of this role is to manage Residential Interior fit-out projects from initiation through completion, collaborating closely with design and installation teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless customer experience by acting as a single point of contact during project execution.
  • Analyze and interpret drawings, BOQs, and scope of work, communicating key details to customers.
  • Coordinate receipt and validation of materials according to Order/BOQ specifications.
  • Facilitate day-to-day collaboration among project stakeholders, promoting teamwork and effective communication.
  • Share regular progress updates on installation activities with customers.
  • Foster professional relationships with Design professionals, Production, Warehousing, Installation teams, and other internal departments.
  • Direct Installation team members in safely executing their tasks as per the design plan.
  • Collaborate with Internal Production, Logistics, and Vendor supply teams to maintain high standards of execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer concerns by coordinating with relevant stakeholders and providing effective solutions.
  • Maintain strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A minimum of 15 years of academic education is required for this position.
  • Prior site job experience and a willingness to continue working on-site are essential requirements.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Suite or MS Office is beneficial.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles, such as scheduling and sequencing of installation activities, would be advantageous.
  • Emphasis should be placed on delivering quality results and maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills are necessary to effectively engage with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • A customer-centric approach and high level of ownership are expected.
  • Prior experience in the interior industry, specifically with kitchen, wardrobe, storage, modular, and fit-out works, is desirable.
