**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced HCM Functional Consultant to lead the implementation and project management of Oracle HCM solutions globally.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR technology, process improvement, and change management. They will oversee the end-to-end deployment/updating/customization and integration of Oracle HCM modules, drive digital adoption firm-wide, and manage a team of consultants.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation/updating/modification process for all modules
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure successful implementation and resolve technical or business-related issues
  • System Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize Oracle HCM modules according to business needs and best practices
  • Training, Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and deliver training materials and user guides, plan pilots, testing, and provide end-user training and support
  • Change Management & Digital Adoption: Support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR products, including communication, training, and end-user engagement
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of tech products post-implementation and identify opportunities for process improvements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven track record of managing end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations across multiple modules; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Oracle HCM) are a plus

12-15+ years of experience in implementing HR Systems/Supporting Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms
