Oracle EBS HCM Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS HCM specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and configuring Oracle EBS HCM modules, with a focus on Core HR and Payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Oracle EBS HCM modules, including Core HR and Payroll, as well as Self-Service HR (SSHR) or iRecruitment.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and map them to Oracle HCM functionalities.
  • Develop functional design documents and coordinate with technical teams for customizations.
  • Assist in testing, user training, and data migration activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues to ensure smooth delivery of project milestones.
  • Provide ongoing post-implementation support to end-users.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in functional roles with Oracle EBS HCM (On-Premise) R12.
  • Strong expertise in Core HR and Payroll, with working knowledge of SSHR or iRecruitment desirable.
  • Ability to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions within Oracle HCM.
  • Experience in writing functional specifications and working with technical teams for custom development.
  • Must be an immediate joiner.
  • Hold a valid Indian passport and be willing to travel onsite to the Middle East as per project needs.
  • Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
