We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Oracle HCM Technical Expert. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM technical modules and a passion for delivering innovative solutions.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will lead or participate in Oracle Fusion HCM technical implementations, including OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service), OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), BIP (BI Publisher), and Extracts. They will also develop, test, and maintain Fast Formulas to meet client-specific requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Technical Implementation: Lead or participate in Oracle Fusion HCM technical implementations.
  • Fast Formula Development: Develop, test, and maintain Fast Formulas.
  • Custom Solutions: Design and implement custom integrations, extensions, and reports.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver tailored technical solutions.
  • Post-Go-Live Support: Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize technical solutions for improved performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM technical modules.
  • Implementation Expertise: Completed at least 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations with a focus on Technical deliverables.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on expertise in OIC, VBCS, OTBI, BIP, Extracts, and Fast Formulas.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to resolve complex technical challenges efficiently.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills to deliver exceptional solutions.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel onsite as needed for project delivery.
