Job Title: HCM Technical Specialist

Are you a skilled technical expert with experience in Compensation and Equity area in Oracle? Do you have hands-on expertise with Oracle HCM tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, and HDL/SDL?

Key Responsibilities:

  • HDL imports
  • Oracle HCM Tech (Integrations, Data Conversion , Reports, Fast Formulas)

Desired Skills:

  • Problem-solving skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus

This is a one-year contract position that can be performed remotely. You will be responsible for performing HCM extract, HCM API integration, and HDL imports.

As an experienced HCM technical specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HCM systems. Your strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
