Job Title: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to play a pivotal role in the implementation and management of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions globally. As an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant, you will oversee the end-to-end deployment, updating, customization, and integration of Oracle HCM modules across various regions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Project management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle HCM implementations
  • Stakeholder management: Work closely with business stakeholders, technology support teams, and implementation partners to ensure successful configurations, customizations, testing, and deployments
  • System configuration and customization: Set up and configure Oracle HCM modules to meet client needs
  • Training and testing: Develop training programs and conduct testing to ensure smooth implementation
  • Change management: Lead teams through organizational change related to new system
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 12-15+ years of experience in implementing HR systems, particularly with Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices
  • Experience in setting up HR analytics and insights function
