We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director to join our team at Marketing Mojito. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through lead generation, client outreach, and sales presentations.

About the Role:
  • Lead Generation & Research: Identify and connect with potential clients through online and offline channels.
  • Client Outreach: Engage with businesses, pitch our services, and establish strong relationships.
  • Sales Presentations: Craft and deliver compelling presentations that showcase our marketing expertise.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Handle objections, negotiate terms, and seal the deal to bring clients on board.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on digital marketing trends and competitor strategies.
Requirements:
  • Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written).
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a persuasive approach.
  • A go-getter attitude with the ability to work independently and on the ground.
  • Ability to build relationships and manage client expectations.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
