About the Role

A Luxury Hotel seeks an experienced real estate professional to drive strategic expansion of its hospitality portfolio through prime land acquisitions.

This leadership role involves identifying, evaluating, and securing key land parcels for new hotel developments while ensuring legal, regulatory, and financial due diligence.

Key Focus Areas
  • Strategic Site Identification: Identify high-potential land parcels aligned with market trends and brand growth plans.
  • Legal Due Diligence & Title Verification: Ensure clean titles, mitigate risks, and manage all legal reviews.
  • Negotiation & Transaction Closure: Lead negotiations with landowners, brokers, and authorities to secure favorable terms.
  • Regulatory Liaison & Approvals: Coordinate with municipal, zoning, and tourism bodies for permits and development clearances.
  • Feasibility & Site Planning: Support finance and development teams in evaluating site viability and optimizing land use.
