Senior Google Ads Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale Google Ads accounts with a focus on ROI and performance improvement.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive conversions and minimize cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
  • Manage budgets ranging between $40K+ per month with a focus on return on investment (ROI) and performance improvement.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis, reporting to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous optimization.
  • Develop and test new campaign strategies, creatives, bidding tactics to maximize conversions and minimize CPA.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams for cohesive campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with Google Ads innovations, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
  • Implement conversion tracking, audience targeting, remarketing strategies, and attribution modeling.
  • Provide regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in managing Google Ads campaigns with large budgets.
  • Expertise in handling monthly ad spends of $50,000 - $70,000.
  • A strong understanding of Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics & Data Studio.
  • Experience across all Google Ads types (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Performance Max).
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication and project management abilities.
  • Google Ads Certification (preferred).
