Job Opportunity: Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Performance Marketing Executive to lead our digital advertising efforts across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor daily performance of campaigns and optimize for clicks, conversions, and ROI.
  • Create, test, and refine ad creatives, copies, and formats to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure ads align with brand guidelines.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.
  • Manage budgets effectively and ensure campaigns stay within allocated resources.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform changes, new ad features, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in paid media/digital advertising.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other ad platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing funnels and performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
  • Ability to work on multiple campaigns and deliver within deadlines.
  • Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certifications (preferred).
