Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketer to join us on a part-time or freelance basis (remote, work from home). The role involves planning and executing digital campaigns for our brands PropBlitz and BrokersAdda, focusing on real estate marketing and community growth.

The ideal candidate understands performance marketing, lead generation, and content promotion, and can deliver measurable results across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, , and Google.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and run paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, , and Google Ads.
  • Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI (lead generation, conversions).
  • Manage retargeting, audience segmentation, and lookalike audiences.
  • Track performance with analytics tools and provide weekly reports.
  • Collaborate with the content/video team to align ads with campaigns.
  • Suggest strategies for organic growth and engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing successful digital campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Ads.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel).
  • Understanding of content marketing and audience targeting.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Portfolio of past campaigns or case studies (mandatory).
