Job Title:

Digital Marketing Strategist

We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that drive business results.

Your primary goal will be to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience, while also ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

You will work closely with our content writers, designers, and video editors to plan and manage monthly content calendars, providing creative direction to ensure alignment with campaign goals and brand guidelines.

In addition to your creativity, you will need to have a strong analytical mindset, able to track KPIs such as reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, and ROI, linking social metrics to business outcomes.

Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in social media management at advertising/digital marketing agencies.
  • Strong grasp of organic + paid social media integration.
  • Proven track record in multi-brand portfolio management.
  • Excellent skills in copywriting, storytelling, and communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Exposure to real estate, jewellery, retail, and D2C brands.
  • Understanding of paid performance ads and synergy with organic growth.
