Job Opportunity:

Performance Marketer

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to launch, test, optimize, and scale digital advertising campaigns for small to medium-sized businesses in North America.

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in campaign structure, creative assets, ad copy, audience signals, and bidding strategies. A results-driven mindset is essential, with a focus on delivering high-performing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a data-driven approach to build hypotheses, validate with data, and scale successful campaigns
  • Target local SMBs in the USA, focusing on driving revenue growth through effective marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and optimize campaign performance
  • Provide regular reports and actionable insights on campaign performance, ensuring transparency and accountability
  • Own campaign success and be responsible for hitting key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Performance Max) and Meta Ads
  • Proven track record of delivering high-performing digital advertising campaigns
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
