Job Title: MSP Client Solutions SpecialistAbout the Role:

This role requires an experienced professional with strong MSP client experience in the staffing industry to manage day-to-day operations within MSP/VMS portals for staffing programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain smooth MSP client relationships, ensuring timely submission of candidates, compliance with client requirements, and accurate documentation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between MSP clients, recruiters, and internal delivery teams.
  • Partner with recruiting teams to prioritize requisitions, monitor progress, and ensure quality submittals.
  • Provide detailed reporting, analytics, and status updates to clients and internal leadership.
Qualifications:
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience working with MSP clients in the staffing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of VMS tools (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline, Coupa, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
