About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responding to client support requests via phone, email, or in-person
  • Contacting clients to gather information about the nature of the problem
  • Traveling to client locations or connecting remotely to troubleshoot issues
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software problems
  • Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals
  • Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software
  • Troubleshooting networking and connection issues
  • Providing training and guidance on computer operation and management
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT support
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
  • Familiarity with network protocols and hardware
