Job Title: Technical Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for evaluating technical programs, developing application designs and web pages, providing customer support, training customers and staff, troubleshooting technical issues, increasing productivity and reducing expenses.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate technical programs to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement effective application designs and web pages
  • Provide exceptional customer support and resolve technical issues promptly
  • Train customers and staff on best practices, applications, and programs
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and find solutions to improve efficiency
  • Analyze data to identify ways to increase productivity and reduce expenses
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support or software development
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python or C++
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
