ServiceNow Performance Engineer

Position: ServiceNow Performance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow performance engineer to analyze and optimize the scalability, stability, and responsiveness of our large-scale ServiceNow instance.

  • Evaluate system behavior under heavy usage and ensure it can handle an influx of users.
  • Conduct thorough performance testing on ServiceNow portals, widgets, integrations, and reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Measure response times, monitor system performance, and identify bottlenecks that hinder optimal system efficiency.
  • Utilize ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) for automated functional and regression testing.
  • Collaborate with QA leads, testers, and ServiceNow SMEs to design and execute test strategies that achieve optimal results.
  • Document test results and provide actionable recommendations for optimization and improvement.

Requirements:

  • 5+ Years of Experience in ServiceNow Testing and Analysis
  • Hands-on experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.).
  • Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
  • Strong knowledge of web application performance testing principles.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow architecture is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
