We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Performance Tester to evaluate system behavior under heavy usage and ensure scalability, stability, and responsiveness.

The role involves conducting performance testing on a large-scale ServiceNow instance to determine its ability to handle up to 20,000 concurrent users loading multiple widgets on the portal.

A key responsibility of this position is to identify areas for improvement in order to enhance overall system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough performance testing using tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner.
  2. Analyze test results to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  3. Develop and implement solutions to address identified issues.
  4. Evaluate system scalability by testing with up to 20,000 concurrent users.
  5. Document test results and provide recommendations for future improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in web application testing.
  • Proficiency in performance testing tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.
