We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in a Customer Support role, specifically focusing on the Banking Voice Process.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer service calls, addressing inquiries, and providing timely resolutions while maintaining exceptional service quality. They will also ensure adherence to banking protocols, compliance guidelines, and confidentiality standards.

What We Are Looking For:

We require candidates with excellent English communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and experience in International BPO (voice process). The ideal candidate must be comfortable working US rotational shifts and able to deliver a professional customer experience across all touchpoints.
