Strategic Growth Partner

We are seeking a seasoned executive to join our leadership team as a strategic growth partner. This role requires someone with a proven track record of driving business expansion, innovation, and operational excellence.

  1. Develop and execute strategies for growth initiatives across multiple companies, focusing on market entry, product launches, and international expansion.
  2. Lead critical projects that drive revenue growth, such as affiliate marketplace development and PR/IR campaigns.
  3. Collaborate closely with the founder to model financials, assess mergers and acquisitions opportunities, and pressure test key decisions.
  4. Maintain operational efficiency by tracking OKRs, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and conducting process audits.
  5. Represent the company in high-stakes meetings with investors, partners, and talent, providing clear communication and strategic insights.

Requirements:

  • Founding experience or early builder at a fast-scaling startup.
  • A bias for action, ability to thrive in chaos, and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Strong analytical skills, including finance, operations metrics, and growth funnels.
  • Crisp communication skills, with the ability to draft investor memos, press releases, and strategy decks.
