About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead large-scale ERP programs, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain.
This role demands proactive coordination, effective issue/risk management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of ERP workstreams: Finance, Supply Chain, HCM, integrations, testing cycles.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and document meetings including agendas, minutes, decisions, and action items.
- Track and monitor project plans, issues, and risks; consolidate updates for status reports.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely updates and resolution of blockers.
- Escalate risks and dependencies appropriately to leadership.
- Ensure accountability by assigning clear ownership for all action items.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
- Strong understanding of ERP programs, preferably MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain.
- Knowledge of ERP workstreams: Finance, Supply Chain, HCM, integrations, testing cycles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in O365 tools (Outlook, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Azure DevOps and Jira for issue/risk tracking.
