  • Develop and execute comprehensive program delivery roadmaps, including resource allocation, outcome management, scheduling, cost estimation, assumptions, dependencies, and business integration planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex business transformation initiatives, driving cross-functional teams to achieve measurable business outcomes.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with senior stakeholders to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Provide thought leadership on business transformation strategies, enabling organizations to navigate complex change landscapes.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in professional services, with a minimum of 5 years leading large-scale business transformation initiatives.
  • Proven track record as a Program Manager, overseeing multiple programs across matrix-structured organizations.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams, collaborating with off-shore/near-shore teams, and navigating diverse cultural environments.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and ability to drive sustainable business transformations.
