Job Title: Business Requirements Lead

Description:

You will be responsible for gathering and defining business requirements, analyzing business processes, and ensuring successful iteration management. Your expertise will help translate business needs into comprehensive functional specifications, facilitating communication between technical teams and business users.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst with a strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. You will work independently and remotely, collaborating with top talent across growth, engineering, and product teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or Product Analyst in software or SaaS environments.
  • Proven expertise in writing clear and comprehensive requirements and functional specs.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in iteration management and working with product teams.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Experience in AI-driven platforms or enterprise application development is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
