Job Overview
The Senior Sales Account Executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth by owning the end-to-end sales cycle from discovery to close for a defined territory of enterprise accounts. This includes identifying, managing, and growing complex, multi-divisional, globally distributed customers.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer use cases and needs are fully understood and documented
- Leverage Salesforce and other technologies to capture customer requirements and inform the product roadmap
Requirements
- 7+ years of direct enterprise software sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on technical computing, data science, ML/AI, MLOps, DevOps, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to close six-figure annual contract value (ACV) deals
- Experience building relationships at multiple levels within customer organizations; comfort with senior and operational levels
- Familiarity with MEDDIC/MEDDPIC or other defined sales methodologies
