Job Title: Infrastructure Architect

Job Description:

  • Lead and coach technical teams on various projects.
  • Provide expert consultancy services to customers across multiple product stacks.
  • Drive key deliverables through effective communication and project management.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and develop automated solutions to reduce effort.
  • Resolve complex technical issues for listed technologies.
  • Proven experience with AWS Cloud, DevOps, and pipeline management using GitHub actions.
  • Sound knowledge of file transfer protocols like FTP, FTPS, SFTP, S3, and Connect:Direct.
  • Understanding of end-to-end transfer architecture, including DMZ, load balancers, and firewalls.
  • Plan, coordinate, and apply patch/upgrade of FTP software to the latest level.
  • Coordinate and perform OS and DB maintenance activities.
  • Certificate Management involving CSR generation, issuance, implementation, and validation.
  • Handle service requests and user fulfillment related to provisioning, deployments, assistance, etc.
  • Provide on-call support for high-priority issues.
  • Understand vulnerabilities and how to fix them according to security guidelines.
  • Perform disaster recovery and audit coordination.
  • Manage mandatory technologies: Managed File Transfer (MFT) using GoAnywhere and Cloud: AWS.
