Overview of the Position
Are you a seasoned customer support professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an experienced candidate to fill our International Voice Process team role.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a willingness to adapt to fast-paced work environments. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls professionally, resolving queries and providing accurate information, and maintaining a positive attitude towards customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service through timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company processes and products to provide accurate information to customers.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in international voice process/customer support.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English.
- Strong analytical, grammar, and email writing skills.
