The Global Client Services (GCS) team fosters collaboration and supports business development across borders. The team manages the International Business Center, a hub that links member firms with resources and expertise to facilitate cross-border opportunities for international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support global business initiatives by providing high-quality services and facilitating information exchange between member firms.
  • Maintain best practices and transparency in each pursuit, ensuring seamless collaboration among member firms.
  • Coordinate project management tasks, leveraging strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Foster collaboration with professionals from GTIL, IBSF, NCT, IBCD, and ILD to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Contribute to priority projects focused on enhancing international opportunity pursuits.
  • Leverage technology, such as OneView, to track international client targets and business opportunities.

Skill Set:

  • MBA or equivalent in business, accounting, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an accounting and/or professional services firm, with marketing experience being a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, prioritization, and project management under tight deadlines.
  • Foreign language skills and experience applying foreign language use abroad are beneficial.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, eagerness to learn, and ability to work independently.
  • Culturally sensitive, agile, and collaborative cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and tackle new problems as they arise.
