Key responsibilities include:

Strategic Development

  • Develop comprehensive strategies to promote investment and drive growth in the mining sector.

Technical Expertise

  • Provide expert advice on mining areas, including exploration, geology, mine development, extraction, beneficiation, and refining.

Research and Analysis

  • Conduct research and analysis on regional mining industry trends, opportunities, and challenges.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Collaborate with mining companies, investors, and local communities to promote sustainable mining practices.

Performance Metrics

  • Establish and implement performance metrics to track progress and provide regular updates.

Thought Leadership and Business Development

  • Contribute to methodologies, tools, and intellectual property related to mining sector trends and innovations.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Mining fields or related areas; MBAs preferred.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the mining industry and overall experience of minimum 8 years in research and consulting field.

  • In-depth knowledge of mining areas, including exploration, resource evaluation, mine development, and beneficiation.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
