Job Summary:

This position is responsible for the coordination and implementation of vocational training programs in mines. The successful candidate will be required to develop training modules, prepare quarterly and annual returns, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing training schedules, coordinating with production plans, and maintaining records of training.
  • A strong understanding of Vocational Training Rules, 1966, and MVTR-1966 is essential.
  • Familiarity with IMS and other system requirements is also necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development of training modules and materials
  • Preparation of quarterly and annual returns as per VOCATIONAL TRAINING RULES, 1966
  • Coordinating training schedules with production plans to ensure 100% training compliance without affecting production
  • Maintaining records of training and submitting reports to regulatory bodies
  • Ensuring 100% compliance with safety standards and applicable recommendations in their area of concern
  • Active participation in safety training, safety sub-committees, standard champions meetings, and safety events
