We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team on a fixed contract basis with the potential for extension. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering data-driven initiatives across the business, leveraging their expertise in large datasets and analytical tools.

About the Role
  • This is an exceptional opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders, identify opportunities for data-driven solutions, and drive business outcomes through data analysis and insights.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop predictive models, simulations, and machine learning algorithms to optimize customer experience, revenue, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mine and analyze structured and unstructured data using advanced tools such as Python, R, SQL, and Spark.
  • Build and implement scalable algorithms tailored to business needs, utilizing Power BI for effective visualization and communication of findings.
  • Lead automation of data flows, reporting, and analytical processes using cloud-based tools and languages such as Python, R, and Power Query.
  • Coordinate with engineering, product, and business teams to deploy models and monitor performance, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
  • Design and implement tools and processes to track model accuracy, data quality, and business impact, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data literacy within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in data analysis, mining, and visualization, with proficiency in languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
  • Experience with machine learning algorithms, predictive modeling, and simulation development.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and ability to communicate complex insights effectively to stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of driving business outcomes through data-driven decision making.
