Contract Lifecycle Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Lifecycle Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and compliant execution of contracts.

As a Contract Lifecycle Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and vetting commercial contracts to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Facilitating timely execution of contracts, coordinating necessary approvals and documentation.
  • Managing the full contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.
  • Maintaining and tracking an organized contract repository for accurate records and easy accessibility.

To succeed in this role, we are looking for individuals with:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in contract management, legal drafting, or corporate legal advisory (non-litigation).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce laws, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices.
  • Strong communication (written & verbal) and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with composure and professionalism.
  • Strong decision-making ability, prioritizing organizational objectives.
  • Reliable, dependable, and adaptable in ambiguous situations.
