Life Sciences Cloud Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in Health Cloud and Life Sciences Cloud to assume the role of Salesforce Technical Architect.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms, including advanced features such as Care management, Clinical data management, Complete patient view, EHR integration, communities implementation, and clinical documentation.

The role requires a deep understanding of Life Sciences Cloud, a unified platform that integrates data and workflows across clinical research, medical affairs, commercial operations, and patient services. Additionally, the candidate should have good knowledge of Einstein's AI for intelligent guidance (Einstein Trust Layer), Data Cloud for seamless real-time data integration, and a suite of established CRM tools for sales, service, marketing, commerce, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable and secure Salesforce solutions for clients in the life sciences industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications.
  • Develop and maintain technical documents and guides for stakeholders.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce best practices.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce technologies and trends.
