Salesforce Data Cloud Expert

Seeking a seasoned Salesforce Data Cloud professional with strong experience in data modeling and integration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions including data streams, data model objects, identity resolution, calculated insights, and integrations.
  • Define and optimize data models, schema designs, and relationships within Salesforce Data Cloud to support business use cases.
  • Integrate Data Cloud with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud for end-to-end personalization.
  • Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into data models and architecture.

The ideal candidate should combine expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) with advanced knowledge of data modeling, ETL, and integrations. Proficiency in SQL, data transformation, and performance optimization is required.

Required skills include data modeling, schema design, entity relationships, normalization/denormalization techniques, and hands-on experience with Data Streams, DMOs, Identity Resolution, Calculated Insights, Segments, Activations.

Additional desirable skills include exposure to Einstein AI/Analytics with Data Cloud, experience with Snowflake, AWS, or GCP data pipelines, knowledge of Customer 360 Audiences and advanced segmentation strategies.
