The role we are hiring for is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Senior Developer Platform Engineer. This position involves driving initiatives that improve developer experience, accelerating release cycles, and building scalable internal platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of internal tools and platforms that optimize CI/CD, testing frameworks, and infrastructure automation.
  • Drive adoption of cloud-native solutions such as Kubernetes, AWS, and ephemeral environments.
  • Partner with engineering leaders to align developer experience initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Mentor engineers and foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 3 years in platform/dev productivity roles.
  • Strong expertise in Kubernetes, AWS, CI/CD pipelines, Spinnaker/Jenkins/ArgoCD, and IaC.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks, dynamic test selection, and code quality gates.
  • Strong coding skills in Go, Python, or Java (Go preferred).
  • Experience designing ephemeral environments, monitoring/observability tools.
  • Proven track record of leading small teams, mentoring engineers, and driving large-scale initiatives.
  • Strong communication and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
