Job Opportunity in Digital Transformation

Our organization is seeking skilled software engineers to develop a new set of platform capabilities within our 'Digital Core'. This initiative aims to revolutionize post-trade processing at an Investment Bank by designing and building the next generation of business applications using the latest technologies.

As part of our fast-growing team, you will work closely with key stakeholders in Operations in cross-functional teams to ensure we deliver the right solutions.

  • Develop platform capabilities for real-time processing, analytics, and structured workflow
  • Provide technology solutions that solve business problems and strengthen our position as digital leaders
  • Interact consistently with key stakeholders in cross-functional teams
  • Contribute to skill-aligned chapter constructs across the Digital Operations platform
  • Provide technical expertise and recommendations for new software projects and initiatives
  • Conduct code reviews and test software as needed

You'll be working as part of the Operations IT Technology team in the Investment Bank.

Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience as a Java software engineer
  • Strong skills in Core Java, Collections, and Spring Framework
  • Good knowledge of design patterns applicable to data streaming
  • Experience with Apache Flink/Apache Kafka and ELK stack desirable
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies like Angular/JavaScript / React / Redux also applicable
