Key Position Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Program Director to spearhead the development and execution of strategic programs that drive business value.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of medical devices, product development, and clinical/regulatory processes. They will lead cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale programs, manage program roadmaps, and ensure alignment with company goals and stakeholder expectations.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Program Management: Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, including new product introductions, technology deployments, and connected care solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact programs, leveraging expertise in project management, software development, and Medtech industry knowledge.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, design and quality teams, and global teams to ensure successful project completion and meet business objectives.
  • Portfolio Management: Plan and manage portfolio-level budgets, leading financial planning and forecasting efforts.
  • Process Improvement: Drive process standardization, continuous improvement, and deployment initiatives, simplifying complex processes and improving efficiency.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Design and develop interactive dashboards using Power BI to track program performance, milestones, and KPIs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree Requirements: Master's/Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field with software experience.
  • Experience Requirements: 18+ years of overall IT experience, with 10+ years of project management experience in medical devices.
  • Certifications: PMP/equivalent, CSM, SAFe/RTE, or handling ART experience.
  • Specialized Knowledge: Strong understanding of Medtech product/software/R&D, product development, and clinical/regulatory processes (e.g., IEC 60601, IEC 62304, ISO 14971, ISO 13485).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to influence customers and drive business results.
