We are seeking a Database Specialist with 1 to 3 years of strong expertise in designing, optimizing, and managing scalable databases that ensure data integrity and support AI-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop database architectures (SQL & NoSQL) for high-performance applications.
  • Optimize database queries, indexing, and performance tuning for efficient data retrieval and analytics.
  • Evaluate data security, compliance, backup, and disaster recovery for mission-critical systems.
  • Create ETL pipelines to support AI/ML and analytics workflows using Python/SQL scripting skills.
  • Collaborate with AI engineers on vector databases and RAG pipelines to drive innovation.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Strong proficiency with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL).
  • Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB).
  • Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma) is a plus.
  • Expertise in database optimization, indexing, and partitioning for improved performance.
  • Solid understanding of ETL processes, data pipelines, and data modeling for efficient data management.
Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience with data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
  • Knowledge of streaming data systems (Kafka, Spark).
